國家工業信息安全發展研究中心加入美國工業互聯網聯盟公告

國家工業信息安全發展研究中心（以下稱中心）近日宣布正式加入美國工業互聯網聯盟，成為學術/政府類聯盟會員。
美國工業互聯網聯盟（Industrial Internet Consortium,簡稱IIC）成立于2014年3月，是由GE、AT&T、Cisco、IBM和Intel五家公司最初發起的。聯盟旨在通過識別、匯總和推廣最佳工業實踐應用方案，將工業互聯網發展所需的組織和技術匯集在一起，加速工業互聯網在商業和社會的應用。
現階段，IIC已經發展成為一個擁有超過250個來自30多個國家成員組織的世界領先組織機構。聯盟內部擁有32個工作組，27個批準測試平臺和1個公私合營的生態系統，為聯盟成員提供工業互聯網相關服務。

China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team Joins the Industrial Internet Consortium
Beijing 2018/10/23 - China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (CICS-CERT), a research academy under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), announced it has joined the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC), the world’s leading organization transforming business and society by accelerating the adoption of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
This cooperation will not only enable CICS-CERT to bring the world’s advanced industrial technology and cutting-edge industrial solutions to Chinese industrial enterprises, but also enables CICS-CERT to exchange information about the development of the industrial internet in China with IIC members.
As a directly affiliated institution of MIIT, CICS-CERT positively responds to national policies and vigorously promotes the relevant construction and popularization of enterprise cloud solutions, enterprise informatization and the industrial internet. In addition, CICS-CERT is also responsible for carrying out industrial internet consulting services and work relating to policy, technology, industry and market, which includes developing and promoting the development and application of industrial internet standards, publicizing and promoting successful practices, advancing the experience of the industrial internet and carrying on the implementation of the industrial internet in China.
CICS-CERT’s main task is to bring advanced technology and tried-and-true solutions into China. By joining the IIC, CICS-CERT expects to harmonize industrial internet architectures and to facilitate communication and deep cooperation on both sides. Joining the IIC will also help accelerate knowledge sharing and to form a complementary structure that will help Chinese industrial enterprises in dealing with practical issues.

About China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team.
China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (CICS-CERT) is responsible for conducting strategic research, R&D, monitoring & early-warning, assessment, emergency and industrial development related to industry information security, building up the relevant capacity, and safeguarding the security.
Its objective is to build the Center into a China first-class research institute in the fields of industry information security and informationization-industrialization integration (III), sticking to the principle of ‘supporting government and serve industry’, and focusing on integration of manufacturing and Internet as well as industry information security. It aims to become China’s think-tank for government policy-making and an authority to guide industry development, so as to offer policy support and safeguard for building China into a manufacturer of quality, the integration of manufacturing and Internet, the capacity building of industry information system, the protection of key infrastructure, and the development of the information industry.
